The next day, I received a call from PC Fix, Seattle computer repair in the late morning, and they said my system was ready to go. They asked me if I wanted to pick it up or if they should deliver it, again, great service. I took a trip to go get it so I could have an excuse to grab a coffee.

They explained the problem to me, which was well beyond what I could have figured out without hours and hours of trying and web research. The price was very fair, and I had my computer back.

I returned to the office, hooked it back up, powered it up, and it worked better, and faster than ever. It was nice to be back in business.
